Boardwalk Floors: Live Hard

Manufactured by Quebec-based Boa-Franc, Mirage hardwood floors have been setting the standard for quality ever since they were introduced in 1989. Today the Mirage name is known worldwide and offers over 200 different styles of prefinished hardwood floors.

Mirage Classic
is traditional solid hardwood strip flooring, milled from select hardwoods in random lengths. For nail down installation on a plywood subfloor.

Mirage Engineered
is engineered strip flooring. Each board has a wearlayer of real hardwood bonded to a multi-layer plywood base. When installed, it looks like traditional solid hardwood, but the engineered construction means it can be nailed or glued down over wood, concrete, acoustic tile, or almost any other hard subfloor surface.

Mirage also makes some specialty flooring styles, like Herringbone, a type of engineered flooring that can be installed in a variety of patterns.
